16 Sweet St. Patrick’s Day Treats & Activities for Lucky Kids (and Mama)

It’s that time of year again, where everything is green and everyone is feeling Lucky! It’s such a fun time of year because it feels like there is a sense of magic floating throughout the air. Others you come across seem to be cheerful in an inexplicable way.

It’s actually quite fun to indulge in a holiday where you can make-believe a little bit and let your imagination run free. Looking into a child’s eyes and seeing the wonder within them. Their minds running rampant at the thought of a pot of pure gold at the end of a rainbow. Oh, what they would do with all that treasure!

One of the amazing things about being a parent is getting to travel alongside your child’s journey of just being a kid and dreaming. There is an Irish quote that I always tell my kids, “May the dreams you hold dearest be those which come true, and the kindness you spread keep returning to you.”

As you reflect on what lies ahead in the future for your 2017. Let’s take you on a short journey of using your imagination, indulging in some delicious recipes, drinks, sweets, treats and much more. Have a little bit of fun this St. Patrick’s Day and celebrate with something green, after all, it might just bring a little bit ‘o luck your way.
