Adrien was born in Hawaii and moved around California a bit as a child due to the fact that her father was in the US Coast Guard. When Adrien was 8, Northern California became her permanent home. In 2006, Adrien became a 911 dispatcher and in 2010 she married her husband, Kevin, who is a deputy sheriff. After having three children within 19 months, Adrien became a stay at home mom for a year and a half. Adrien has a son, Owen (2012) whom she became a parent to through foster/adoption. She also has a daughter, Hazel (2014), whom is openly adopted, and a biological son, Ronin (2016). Adrien now works part-time as a dispatcher in Sonoma County. Adrien survives off of Starbucks Double Shots, Netflix, blogging, and spontaneous dance parties with her family.
Chris was born and raised in Northern California, but currently moves around the country (and maybe the world one day) with his husband Luis, who serves in the US Air Force. They have lived together in Charleston SC, Montgomery AL, and currently live in Washington DC. In his spare time, Chris loves to bake for his family and friends, read while enjoying a cup (read as “pot”) of coffee, get in a workout at the gym, walk aimlessly around Target, spin in circles outside with his musical fun-lovind daughter, CeCe, and accomplish tasks on his To-Do list so that he can make an immensely satisfying check mark next to each completed task.
Jane is a travel and food-loving wife and mama. She moved from SoCal to the Bay Area in 2013 and loves the laid back, earthy vibe of Sonoma County (though internally she’s likely over-caffeinated and high-strung). When she’s not stressing about raising a baby while running a business, she’s researching what she’ll eat next, practicing yoga or binge watching British television programs.
Lindsey is a second generation Santa Rosa native, stay at home mom to two rowdy boys and photographer. When she’s not busy with squirt gun fights and lego building, Lindsey loves to enjoy the sunset and have a glass of Sauvignion Blanc. In her spare time (but let’s be honest, there’s not much of that), she enjoys checking out the local thrift stores for projects to up-cycle, photography props and “old junk” as her husband refers to it.
Rika has called Sonoma County home since 2010 and loves living a peaceful country life. As a media high school educator and marketing professional, Rika enjoys empowering others to share their stories through video, design, photography or writing. She and her husband live and work at a boarding school nestled in the hills above the Russian River in Healdsburg. Rika enjoys gardening, tending to her chickens, making music and doing extreme sports involving a board of some kind, especially kiteboarding. She has learned more about dinosaurs than she ever cared to know through her two young sons.
Shana is the mama of a redheaded toddler (who has a genetic disease called Cystic Fibrosis but doesn’t let that define her family) & owner of her own digital marketing agency where she works with brands in wine, food, beauty & tech. Shana also writes about music for SonomaCounty.com and is active on Instagram. She loves cheese, rosé, craft beer, and adventures in Wine Country with her husband and their toddler.
As the founder of Wine Country Moms Blog, Randi’s primary role is one of outreach, team and business development. She is honored to be a part of a large network of community members who believe that we are truly #bettertogether. Aside from running Wine Country Moms Blog, Randi enjoys gardening (from Roses to Tomatoes), caring for her tiny flock of backyard hens (Sargent Pepper and the Lonely Hearts Club) and chasing after her three wild, brilliant, kind daughters. Based out of West Santa Rosa, Randi has stuck it out in Sonoma County for the same reason the four generations of her family did before: Wine Country is truly heaven. From coast trips to Bodega Bay, to the Fourth of July in Sonoma, or the Lighted Tractor Parade in Calistoga, there really is something to do every day of the week. (Although she’ll tell you her favorite thing is sitting on her porch, sipping wine, watching the kids play in a sprinkler.)
